Tell us something about your company. The profile, number of partners and so on?
Experts Computer LLC was established in 1994 and this year is our 20th year in operation in Dubai, UAE. With about 25 years of International Experience by its founders in Markets like Japan, Europe, USA and Far East, Experts Computer is one of the leading Distributor, Importer and Exporter of IT Products in UAE.
Another group company Nirsun Technology LLC is one of the leading security products distributor in UAE distributing some of the world’s leading brands in Biometric and Security Cameras, distributing brands like VIRDI, CAMETRON, ACTI, CANON, QSAN etc. Experts Group has also interest in Health Care, running Medical Centers and Pharmacy in Dubai.
Experts Computer is located on Khalid Bin Al Waleed St and in Jebel Ali Free Zone havings its own office and warehouse in the free zone.
What markets are you currently present in?
Experts has direct and indirect (through partners) presence in almost all the Middle East Countries, African countries and CIS countries. Experts has offices in India and East Africa.
What products, brands and services do you represent and offer in the markets you are present in?
Experts distributes Sony products such as projectors in the UAE. Apart from Sony, Experts distributes products from Matrox Graphics, Adaptec, EPRO, and Powercom UPS. In addition, we are also channel partners with HP, Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Acer, Canon, and APC, which are sold for exports.
What is the workforce strength of your organisation?
In the IT sector, Experts has a workforce of 55 people.
What is the annual turnover of the company?
In the IT sector, Experts turnover is around $100 Million per year.
What are your market strategies for year 2014?
Experts has strong plans for 2014 with special focus on GCC countries. We will be opening an branch of Nirsun Technology LLC in Qatar and Saudi Arabia focusing on Security Products. Experts is planning to bring in more distribution products.
Do you plan to add any new service, product or brand to your portfolio?
Experts is planning to add more products and services through Nirsun Technology in security and services. On the distribution side, Experts is focusing on projectors business for Sony range.
Do you plan to add new channel partners to your channel community this year?
Experts has about 400 active channel partner in the markets it operates and is always looking to add more business partners.
How has the technology and telecom market grown in the MEA region?
MEA is one of the fastest growing region for Technology and Telecom industry in the world. Due to the open market policy in UAE, it has become a leader in the MEA region for Technology. And Dubai being a hub, most of the MEA markets depend on Dubai for procurement and this benefits the IT Companies in Dubai.
