In the light of MSE project sponsored by Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), Softex Software House has signed a contract with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, who is considered their first client to acquire Mobile GPS Sales Force Tracking technology.
Within the framework of the efforts exerted by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to increase growth rate in the sector and overcome the obstacles facing Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) which represent the vast majority of companies and play an important role in the development of the local economy and availing jobs, the ITIDA announces a new 2013 round of the project encouraging MSEs in the field of ICT to develop Egyptian ICT products that can compete in local and regional markets.
The project’s budget is about 20 Million EGP. Softex has decided to assign for MSE project to present the GPS technology on Market Control; their cloud based ERP system. Market Control includes HR module on which this new technology applied. It will work as a tracking system for the sales force. Briefly, GPS monitors sales representatives of any company by giving the software detailed information concerning their location. It is integrated with Google Maps, and also providing advanced reporting engine.
To encourage this accomplishment in the Enterprise Mobility, the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has signed a contract with Softex to be the first user for this new technology that will be presented through Market Control in Egypt.
