Qatar based Zerone Technologies, a wholly owned IT subsidiary of Al Sulaiman Holdings achieved AlcatelLucent Enterprise’s Premium Partner status.
The recognition comes as a result of performance and the level of support offered by Zerone Technologies to its Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise customers in Qatar.
To achieve Premium Partnership status, Zerone had to undergo certification in different technology sectors to be able to support its clients across the various segments that Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise covers in Unified Communications , Networking and Wireless infrastructure.
Commenting on the latest feet by his company Vaibhav Srivastava, CEO at Zerone Technologies, said, “We committed, we delivered and are pleased to have our commitments acknowledged by Alcatel Lucent for certifying Zerone Technologies as its Premium Partner. “We have a commitment to our customers too, who rely on our team to provide a very high level of support.
