Huawei recently announced the purchase of leading System Integrator and Solution Provider, International Turnkey Systems (ITS) Business Support System (BSS) division. Huawei believes the combination of capabilities and experience of the two firms will create a one-stop shop with world-class, customized ICT solutions for customers in the Middle East and Africa region.

ITS BSS employees will join a global company with more than 110,000 people on staff and a company that provides worldwide opportunities for career development and advancement. ITS expects that enhance local innovation across the region with expanded investment in R & D.

Subject to the required regulatory approvals from competent authorities, the transaction is expected to close in October,2011.
