Kuwait based Microsoft Partner, Expit today announced the release of Expit Project connector for Service Manager, a plug-in for Microsoft Project Professional 2010 that enables project managers/owners to create change requests in Service Manager directly from their project plans.
The Project connector for Service Manager reduces the time required to transform a task from a planning activity to an implementation activity can be excessive due to lack of integration between systems and also saves on time required to report back on completed tasks from operational systems into project management systems can be excessive and therefor delay the initiation of subsequent tasks.
The new product from Expit optimises the integration between project management solutions and operational systems, and Project connector for Service Manager is the first of a series of products planned by Expit in the same direction.
