Leading regional ICT provider and innovator, Estarta Solutions announced the appointment of Rasheed Shakhsheer as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Rasheed stated: “I’m honored with the trust by the Board of Directors and look forward to solidify Estarta’s market leadership in the region.”
Rasheed is armed with Masters degree in Engineering Management and is a veteran with 20 years experience with entrepreneurial drive, and has a track record of efficiency in extending market reach and building strategic alliances across several vertical markets.
Rasheed joins Estarta from the leading mobile and data operator in Saudi Arabia, Mobily where he was Director of Key Projects. And prior to Mobily, he was Country Manager for Microsoft Corporation in Oman, and Business Development and Partners Manager in Microsoft Arabia. Rasheed was also a member of the Microsoft Middle East Leadership Team.
