Samsung unveiled its new partner program for Africa by laying down the importance on building relationships with their valued channel partners. The Program has been set up primarily to ensure the availability of a value channel to serve Samsung customers in the best way possible and create customer delight. It has also been put in place to incentivise the value reseller channel through differentiation and increased profitability. The program is designed to help differentiate partner services and ensure partner credibility, which in turn, provides a platform for end-users to not only access the company’s database of partners, but provides peace of mind in that they are dealing with a Samsung accredited and authorised retailer.
