Egypt’s Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) announced that the country’s outsourcing industry achieved the ICT export revenue to the tune of $1.1bn and it expects that the next wave of growth would easily help them to achieve the target of $10bn by 2020. Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited has implemented a new solution from IBM to increase the productivity and efficiency of the company’s oil refinery operations in East Africa.
