TechAccess today announced that it has gained the Certified Service Partner (CSP) status for the UAE from Huawei. the distributor had to meet stringent criteria to achieve the CSP status which included having qualified and certified engineers, offering a 24/7 help desk, support ecosystem, and meeting service management standards and policies.
TechAccess accomplished this milestone within six months of its relationship with Huawei. As a Certified Service Partner for Huawei, TechAccess can now sign direct service contracts with end-customers, and provide 24/7 support services. TechAccess will provide its CSP services under its dedicated brand TechCare.
