Abu Qafrh Holding Company (Abu Qafrh) has selected the Epicor iScala 3.0 enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution to reduce operational costs and streamline its human resources (HR) department.
The solution will be implemented with the support of Vertical Solutions, an Epicor authorized Value Added Reseller (VAR) and a member of the Epicor Inspired Partner Network in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Abu Qafrh decided to work with Epicor following a thorough assessment, which proved the ERP solution provider’s exceptional technical capabilities. Epicor met Abu Qafrh’s criteria for a provider that supports partners, provides flexible programs and has the ability to scale its applications with business growth.
Epicor will implement its iScala solution across five different business entities within Al Qafrh including Al Riyadh Block Factory, Abu Qafrah Ready-Made Concrete, Hemeh, QGT and Qafrh Limited. Abu Qafrh selected iScala due to its broad functional footprint and its ability to adapt to changing business requirements. The iScala capabilities will streamline how the company manages its sales orders, materials and warehouses.
“We believe that iScala will efficiently automate and standardize our key processes by adopting the best practices in our line of business. We look forward to working closely with the implementation team at Vertical Solutions to deploy the solution swiftly and efficiently,” said Ahmad E’lian, IT manager at Abu Qafrh.
Anish Kanaran, channel director for Epicor in the Middle East, India and Africa concluded, “Since launching one of the first factories in the southern region of the Kingdom, Abu Qafrh has carved a distinguished reputation for itself in the Saudi construction sector. The business is now a dynamic enterprise, which actively contributes to the country’s major infrastructure projects and overall economic prosperity. By implementing iScala we expect the company to further enhance its position in the market by increasing its efficiency and productivity, reducing its operational costs and streamlining the work of its HR department.”
