CASABOT, the Dubai-headquartered developer of privacy-first home intelligence, today announced it has appointed Rewire International as the official distributor of CASABOT technology and devices in the United Arab Emirates. Rewire International, an independent Dubai-based distributor, will supply CASABOT hardware to system integrators, consultants and property developers across the country.
The appointment is CASABOT’s first distributor appointment in the UAE and a key partnership enabling the growing landscape of CASABOT’s system integration partners in the region.
A channel-first model
CASABOT sells only through partners. Distributors hold stock and supply hardware; system integrators design, install, commission and support the AI Home and hold the relationship with the end customer. Rewire International is CASABOT’s strategic partner in the first of those roles: its appointment puts the first link of that chain in place in the UAE and gives CASABOT’s existing and growing landscape of system integrators in the region a local source of stock.
The AI Home: privacy first, data kept in the home
HiveOS runs locally on hardware installed in the property and unifies more than 3,000 device brands across Zigbee, Z-Wave, KNX, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thread, Matter, DALI and other protocols into a single local system. BOTty, the platform’s AI agent, understands natural language in 92 languages and dialects; conversations are processed on CASABOT’s own infrastructure and deleted when each session ends. No resident data is stored outside the home, and the home continues to operate without an internet connection, with voice functions resuming when the connection returns.
That architecture answers a question that has followed the smart-home category since its inception: where household data goes and who can see it. It also aligns with the UAE’s stated ambition, set out in the UAE Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, to be among the leading nations in the adoption of AI.
For the trade, it means one platform that works with the brands installers already carry, rather than a closed ecosystem that dictates the device list. CASABOT was founded in 2025 and today has 25 live installations across seven countries.
