Adrian Cafferkey, Regional Head for Middle East & Africa at PFU (EMEA) Limited, a Ricoh Company, explains that the company is showcasing smart meeting devices, projectors, and scanners aimed at enhancing hybrid workspaces. The highlight for GITEX this year is RICOH PJ UHL 3660 ultra-short throw projector and the RICOH Meeting 360 Hub.
What key products will PFU be showcasing at GITEX to support digital transformation and hybrid workspaces?
Our theme this year at GITEX is “An Exciting Future Ahead”. We will be showcasing our growing portfolio smart meeting and imaging solutions to support digital transformation of workplaces and optimize business performance. This includes smart meeting devices, which are designed to create a more inclusive and life-like meeting. This is a growing segment in the Middle East region as hybrid work is becoming more widely accepted. We will also be showcasing our range of new products to streamline inefficient workflows and support front desk operations, accelerating organizations’ digital ambitions.
We will be presenting our scanners, projectors, lightweight portable monitors, and meeting devices. More specifically, we will be our new ultra-short throw projector called “RICOH PJ UHL 3660, Laser Projector” alongside key scanner products and the RICOH Meeting 360 Hub. We believe this is the ideal platform to engage with a vast and relevant audience, showcase our technology, and drive significant ROI through new business opportunities and enhanced brand recognition in a rapidly growing market.
How does GITEX help PFU strengthen its partnerships and showcase its new Ricoh-branded products?
GITEX offers PFU (EMEA) Limited a unique opportunity to reaffirm our valued partnerships and look forward to the next stage in our journey together. It gives us the chance to demonstrate our new Ricoh branded products, while reconnecting with our partners and customers. It’s also a great opportunity to emphasize our commitment to partners and the market and reinforce our core brand attributes.
How is PFU using GITEX to communicate its rebranding and launch new products?
GITEX has always been a great space for us to meet both our partners and end-users, showcase our latest products, and connect with the tech industry. PFU Japan has recently been acquired by Ricoh Japan, and we see GITEX as a platform to communicate our re-brand directly with our partners and end-users. PFU will also be launching a number of key new products at the event.
How is PFU helping organizations in the Middle East integrate hybrid meeting technology and support digital transformation?
Digital transformation is enabling collaborative work environments in the Middle East. As businesses re-evaluate and reshape their hybrid work capabilities, there is an enormous opportunity to support flexible and hybrid meeting spaces focused on technology. Unfortunately, remote work office technology is not set up to be portable and taken outside of the office when needed. This is where PFU is helping hybrid meetings become more seamlessly integrated into daily business routines across organizations in the private and government sectors. We are also supporting the Middle East Governments’ digitalization agenda, with technologically advanced solutions to transform and optimize business operations.
How do PFU solutions enhance security and governance in document management?
Automation is expected to have a larger focus on driving governance. To this end, PFU (EMEA) Limited has a wide portfolio of trusted technology services, solutions and products to help organisations on their journey to enterprise-wide digitalisation. For example, the PaperStream NX Solution offers a simple to manage, easy to use, flexible scanning solution that brings enhanced security and greater protection to document management, ensuring superior governance of information and greater peace of mind. By limiting access to sensitive information and ensuring greater protection against human error, it helps increase overall business security and ensure nothing is missed.
