What channel initiatives are you rolling out in the Middle East for your partners?
The company has undertaken several channel initiatives during this year, and the key initiatives are listed below:
Enhanced Partner Ecosystem: Nutanix focuses on expanding and deepening its partner ecosystem by introducing new programs and incentives for resellers, distributors, and technology partners e.g. Elevate Partner Program. The program emphasizes the importance of competencies, ensuring the partners have the right certifications and training, and also a very rich rebate program to reward and recognise their contribution to our business comprising of individual and company rebates.
Partner Enablement and Co-Selling: With the focus on hybrid and multi-cloud environments, Nutanix is committed to enabling partners with sales enablement tools, marketing resources, and co-selling initiatives. Providing partners with access to Nutanix’s technical expertise and marketing support can help accelerate growth.
At Nutanix we have implemented a certification program to validate partners’ knowledge and skills. This serves as a motivation for partners to deepen their expertise and also helps customers identify qualified sellers.
We also have dedicated Channel Sales Engineers to drive enablement with our focused partners and distributors. One initiative that has gained momentum within Nutanix is creation of forums or user groups where partners can share experiences, ask questions, and provide feedback. This peer support can be invaluable for addressing common challenges and sharing best practices.
Focus on Service Providers and Managed Services: Nutanix is helping service providers build cloud-native architectures, positioning them as managed services providers (MSPs) for local enterprises. This would allow for recurring revenue models, benefiting both Nutanix and its partners.
Partner-Led Solutions: Partners collaborate with Nutanix to co-develop and co-market solutions that utilize Nutanix’s hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) and cloud technologies. These joint solutions integrate Nutanix with other technologies, such as networking or security products, to provide a more comprehensive offering. Nutanix has over 700+ alliances that the partners can leverage. Nutanix wants to ensure customer satisfaction and success post-deployment, often involving ongoing support and optimization managed by partners. This has helped us to maintain a NPS score of over 90%+ in the last 7 years.
