How would you define your organisation and what prompted you to participate at this year’s GITEX?
Freshworks is a software leader that makes it fast and easy for businesses to delight their customers and employees. We do this by taking a fresh approach to building and delivering cloud software that’s affordable, quick to implement, and designed for the end user. More than 58,000 companies use Freshworks’ SaaS to enable a better customer experience (CX, CRM) and employee experience (ITSM, HRMS).
GITEX Global affords us the opportunity to have numerous engagements with key industry stakeholders in the region over the course of just 5 days. This will enable us to convey our value proposition to customers and prospects and also engage with the region’s thriving channel ecosystem.
What products or solutions will be your highlight this year at the show?
At GITEX Global, we will demonstrate our full suite of customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) products. Among the key solutions that we will showcase are:
Freshdesk: This omnichannel support solution offers the fastest time-to-value, enabling more meaningful conversations and the ability to turn service agents into customer champions.
Freshchat: This solution helps businesses offer anytime, personalised conversational messaging powered by AI bots and human assistance across convenient and familiar chat channels.
Freshservice: This is a cloud-based IT Help Desk and service management solution that enables organisations to simplify their IT operations. The solution offers features that include a ticketing system, self-service portal, and knowledgebase.
We also have a booth (P-A46) at North Star where the Freshworks Startup Program will be showcased. It gives startups an opportunity to bag up to $10,000 worth of credits for Freshworks products!
How important is channel for you and how do you enable channel partners to work with you?
We have a robust channel network and work closely with partners to bring in regional relevance to our products. The Freshworks Marketplace has over 1,100 business apps that our customers can use to integrate channels and features of their choice.
What is the key message that you would like to pass on to your existing/prospective partners attending GITEX?
Through our participation, we intend to demonstrate how the democratisation of IT can unlock the power of innovation. Freshworks was born of its founder’s desire to build software that people love to use as he couldn’t understand why technology had to be so complicated and expensive — and why users disliked using the software so much. The mission was, and remains, to massively simplify business software, designing first and foremost for the front-line user, then for the team, and then for the managers. This is a message that has resonated strongly with businesses of all sizes and we have no doubt this will be the case with attendees at GITEX Global as well.
What does your company hope to achieve at the end of the show?
The Middle East region is currently the proving ground for technology and digital adoption.
