Sitecore has hailed Qatar National Vision 2030’s nationwide digital transformation, the organization announced at its first-ever Qatar Experience Day.
Over the past year, industry experts agree that Qatar’s brands across all sizes and industry verticals have had to fundamentally re-think how they interact with customers and citizens.
In response to the pandemic, 88% of Qatar’s IT decision-makers said their brands have changed their customer experiences, according to a recent survey by YouGov. At the same time, this experimentation in personalized marketing has led 88% of Qatar’s brands to create deeper customer connections.
“Qatar is one of the world’s fastest-growing and most digitally-advanced economies, with customers expecting real-time brand engagement,” said Mohammed Alkhotani, Area Vice President – Middle East and Africa, Sitecore. “Qatar’s brands are leading digital marketing innovation, with 88 percent of brands changing customer experiences and creating deeper customer connections during the pandemic.
As Qatar’s public and private sector organizations accelerate their digital transformation on the cloud, many are choosing to run their business applications on the cloud.
