87% users prefer services through apps

New research from SOUQ.com-owned Helpbit has revealed that the majority of UAE users prefer using an app over visiting a store or calling a helpline to book a delivery or service. The Helpbit poll also uncovered some revealing insights about how we use these type of booking apps.

The Helpbit App is available on both iOS and Android operating systems and can be downloaded from the AppStore and Google Play.
