At Intersec next week, Avaya will highlight its foundational approach to network security that can help reduce breaches that compromise data integrity and privacy.
Along with technology partner Axis Communications, Avaya will showcase how it is helping regional organizations protect their networks and achieve their digital security objectives.
“We believe security should not only be at the core of the network but wherever the business needs it to be – and wherever hackers will try to be. Avaya’s hyper-segmentation, native stealth and automated elasticity capabilities create safety zones that hackers can’t see, and therefore can’t access,” stated Maan Al-Shakarchi, Head of Networking, AMEA and APAC, Avaya.
While emerging technology trends such as mobility, the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing promise incalculable opportunities, they also make it almost impossible to determine an organization’s boundaries. In today’s everywhere perimeter, it is critical that security is an end-to-end component of a network architecture that extends from any potential access point – be that in the cloud, a mobile device or a sensor unit to the core and back again.
Avaya will have a presence on the Axis Communications stand S1-H12 from January 22-24 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
