STME acquires 3 tech firms in Saudi

Dubai based solution provider and system integrator, STME recently announced that it has acquired technology companies in Saudi Arabia, which will now operate under the STME umbrella (STCOM) to broaden the company’s portfolio of services, solutions, and products.

This acquisitions enables STME to come closer to its corporate mission to create a entity in KSA, with full service company focused on Security, Storage and System Integration. And, the three companies acquired are:

Integrated Security Solutions (ISS), has over 12 years of experience, mainly operating in the physical security domain (CCTV and IP camera systems, surveillance, detectors and scanning machines, and communications equipment).
MEST has over 2 years of experience in cyber security (encryption, anti- eavesdropping, and electromagnetic shielding)
JAWA has over 12 years of experience in infrastructure solutions.
