NETSCOUT launches AirCheck G2

AirCheck G2NETSCOUT SYSTEMS launched its next generation and industry-first 802.11ac handheld wireless network tester solution, AirCheck G2. This tool is available through NETSCOUT’s recently launched CONNECT360 global channel partner program.

The AirCheck G2 comes with some interesting enhancements such as troubleshooting and diagnosing Wi-Fi networks built using 802.11 ac standard, access point backhaul testing, and free access to the Link-Live Cloud Dashboard for collaboration, reporting and effective result management and finally a 5 inch touchscreen display for improved ease of use. It also sports a new sleek look.

This easy to use handheld device is designed to enable front line IT to quickly and easily identify issues leading to spotty connections, dead zones, and slow speeds and in locating rouge access points and unauthorized devices. This functionality makes this device more capable of troubleshooting IoT Wireless edge infrastructure applications such as the testing of the wireless infrastructure used in healthcare, industrial IoT, retail, smart buildings and smart homes.

This Device provides technicians with some myriad detailed insights into the wireless network than what is currently available. The free access to Link-Live provides greater visibility, project control and fleet management for larger distributed environments and also works with the LinkSprinter and LinkRunner AT.
