Data centre network and application performance solutions provider, Fluke Networks has launched its new Enterprise Partner Programme for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META).
According to the company, the programme has been designed to help partners provide wholesome end-to-end solutions to customers, in network and application performance management, wireless LAN (WLAN) security and network monitoring.
Fluke Networks added that the programme will help end-users benefit from access to a product portfolio focused on the needs of the “Borderless Enterprise” (any organisation whose end users rely on the unencumbered flow of digital information to conduct business).
“Our partners play a crucial role in making sure our solutions are helping regional business owners reach their true potential. This new partner programme is designed to empower the partner community, by giving them the flexibility and knowledge to better manage our products. This programme also delivers all the elements and tools needed to instil confidence throughout our customer base, and provide a superior experience, while making our partners extremely profitable,” said Gerhard Auer, vice president, EMEA, Fluke Networks.
Auer said Enterprise Partner Programme has three tiers namely Authorised, Premier and Elite. “We have already signed FVC as our Elite VAD and through this partnership, the distributor will help us to identify and onboard new channel partners under the Authorised or Premier level,” he said.
He explained that because partners are in essence brand ambassadors for Fluke Networks, the company is looking to work with solution providers and SIs that have the zeal and passion to grow their business by investing in Fluke. “The differentiation with our new programme is not in the numbers a partner delivers, but in the investment and performance with our solutions. We are delighted that in FVC, we have on board a well known VAD that will help us to on board partners we need to grow our business and footprint in MEA,” he said.
According to the vendor, the new programme will now provide partners the correct indication on predictable revenue growth, as well as a defined and robust enterprise channel strategy. Furthermore, the company added that in order to ensure partner success in offering these solutions, the programme provides in-depth training and certification, targeting the core strengths of the partner.
“Fluke has invested in the partner programme with key personnel from the organisation, having scrupulously scouted for the right mix of talent that goes a long way in ensuring a personal bond being created within our partners,” added Gerhard.
