Al Falak to step up employee development schemes

Saudi-based distributor Al Falak, has revealed plans the company said are aimed at building and maintaining positive employee relationships while also investing in initiatives to develop and motivate them.

Ahmad Ashadawi, CEO and president, Al Falak, lauded the employees continued commitment to the company. “We are recognising the efforts and contributions of 64 members of our staff. Among those awarded were those who have been with the company for 30, 20, 15, 10, and 5 years. We also honoured those with achievement awards. Our group now has five companies with a staff of over 7,500. Our success is the result of a strong partnership with all stakeholders, customers, vendors, resellers, bankers, government departments, chambers of commerce and above all, our valued staff, whom we recognise and honour at all times.”

Ashadawi thanked all of the employees for helping the company consolidate its position as an industry leader in the region for the past 35 years. “Al Falak’s main goal of organising this special event is to boost employee motivation and performance and address the challenges we face. We look forward to continued growth together,” he added.
