Saudi Arabia based distributor, Al-Falak intends to strengthens its Software Products Division (SPD) by enhancing its market presence with the development of a strategic new partnership to help widen its offered product portfolio while at the same time providing more value additions to its customers.
The company is one of the region’s leading software vendors representing global software brands and since its establishment, Al-Falak SPD has partnered successfully with globally renowned IT brands like Axway for Managed File Transfer, Beta Systems for Identity Access Management, Compuware for Application Performance Management, Chicago Soft for Quickref, IBM for Tivoli products – Performance and Availability solutions, QSL Group for Quick EDD, Serena for Application Lifecycle Management and Vanguard for Enterprise Security Software.
Hasan Ba-Mehrez, General Manager for the Business Analytic Services Division and SPD, Al-Falak, this division is responsible for providing software solutions for mainframe, iSeries and for distributed systems. He shared that the continuing demand for IT software products and services has prompted the company to look into further expansion, particularly reaching out to new segments like support and services for managed file transfer (MFT), consulting & technology services, data entry and productivity & systems management.
