emt Distribution, launched its channel partner training program termed as ‘Market Magnitude’ and the training initiative is part of its channel program. The inaugural chapter of this training program was attended by several system integrators and resellers from Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other emirates, which was focused on products and solutions from IPSWITCH WhatsUpGold, GWAVA, Avira, 2X and Altaro.
According to the distributor, the program is created to suit the requirements of channel partners as well as impart knowledge and skill-sets to offer right solution rather than just selling a product. And, the training program held in Dubai focused on technological requirements for SMEs in UAE. The agenda included presentations on network infrastructure and security solutions as well as case studies from Altaro and emt’s senior executives.
During the course of training, several product and technical presentations were made and also shared successful implementations, challenges at the customer front, global and local trends. Agnes Azzopardi from Altaro, Fawad Laiq, Lana Toumajane and Nandini Sapru from emt Distribution shared their experiences in different customers scenarios.
