BackOffice Associates opens new office in Dubai

BackOffice Associates, the worldwide leader in information governance and data migration solutions, and its 100 per cent subsidiary, CPM Consulting, services leader for SAP EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), today announced the opening of a new office in Dubai, to further strengthen local and regional sales, marketing, customer support and project delivery capabilities and act as the regional hub for growing business in the region.

SONY DSCBackOffice Associates and CPM Consulting have been serving customers in the Middle-East since 2011 and have added more than five new customers in the last two years in the region. One of CPM Consulting’s first prominent customers is Dubai Aluminium PJSC (DUBAL), one of the largest single-site primary aluminium smelters in the world (one million tonnes per annum) with around 3,800 employees. DUBAL saw the need to improve its planning, reporting and decision-taking capabilities and selected SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) as a software solution for its Bayan Integrated Business Planning project. SAP BPC supports a centralized, consistent and integrated planning and reporting process.

DUBAL’s SAP BPC Planning and Consolidation project went live successfully on time and within budget. CPM Consulting continues to support DUBAL and its BPC extension plans.
