Give us an brief overview about your company
ISYX is a technology consulting company having major businesses in the areas of IT security, SAP and mobility, enterprise management, and managed services. Within two years of its launch, ISYX has now created successful references in government, telco, airlines, oil and gas, and private sector.

The company is built upon strong fundamental values of delivery high quality utilizing highly trained and hugely experienced consultants. ISYX is one of the few companies in the world to get certified on ISO 27001 “2013” standards and is also certified on ISO 9001 and ISO 22301 .

Which markets are you currently present in?
ISYX currently operates in UAE, Qatar, KSA, India and UK.

Which industry verticals do you operate in?
ISYX currently has customers in oil and gas, telco, airlines, government, and private sector.

What is the workforce strength of your organization and what is the split of technical and non-technical resources within your organisation?
ISYX is now 150+ people across all its location and 70% of its staff are technical staff.

What products, solutions, brands and services do you represent and offer in the markets you are present in?
ISYX’s major business is in Security, SAP and Mobility, Enterprise Management and Managed Services space. ISYX promotes brands from SAP, HP, Juniper, Brocade and many security vendors.

What are your market strategies for year 2014?
ISYX is expanding into KSA in other cities than Riyadh such as Jeddah and Dammam. Also ISYX is investing heavily into building a strong mobility and SAP practice. The strategy is to ride the upcoming wave of development in government and private sector due to major events such as Dubai’s 2020 Expo, Qatar World Cup, and so on.

Do you plan to add any new service, solution, product or brand to your portfolio?
ISYX is a dynamic company and one of its advantage is its agility to move forward in new directions onboarding new services and products. Yes, ISYX is looking at new services and products that will be in demand in the near future especially in the middle east.

How has the technology and telecom market grown in the MEA region?
The telco penetration has been increasing day in day out and the proof of it has been a sharp decline in voice and data prices in the recent past. The enterprises and government have been very receptive to new technologies especially big data and mobility.
