RadarServices gets Aji Joseph onboard as its General Manager

What is RadarServices into?
RadarServices is into IT Risk Management. We offer comprehensive Risk Management by combining Host-based IDS, Network-based IDS, Vulnerability Assessment, SIEM and Software Compliance Management. Our solution automates IT risk management for enterprises and offers pro-active, continuous risk identification and remediation by experts.

The heart of our Risk Detection is the RadarBox, a hardware appliance with Risk & Security Software. All network data and log information will be gathered, analyzed and processed within the RadarBox and all data collected always remains in the RadarBox within the company. We have a unique offering where our Risk Intelligence team offer continuous analysis to customers to help them address their IT risks on a regular basis.

What would be your job scope at RadarServices?
I am responsible for setting up the Middle East operations for RadarServices. I also take care of channel development for Middle East and North African markets that we cover from Dubai office. Our goal is to establish RadarServices as a leading IT Risk Management solution in the region.

Which markets will you be responsible for in your new job role?
We will be covering Middle East and North Africa from Dubai office. Our initial focus will be setting up partner channel in GCC countries. We have a channel model for the region where we approach potential customers through the reseller channel.

What sort of immediate responsibilities will you handle?
First priority is to set-up the partner/reseller channel in the region. This involves recruiting channel partners and training them so that they can prospect potential customers.

What marketing strategies and plans have you planned for RadarServices?
We will be working closely with channel partners to promote RadarServices. Our target markets include Banking, Financial Institutions, Insurance, Government, Oil Field, Media, Hospital & Manufacturing segments. We will be conducting road shows and will also be participating in trade shows to promote the brand.

Please tell us about the channel strategies you have in mind for RadarServices.
We have a partner program in place aimed at educating and empowering our channel partners. We have three levels of partnership for RadarServices – Premium, Preferred and Basic. Partners need to have tranined sales and technical people to be part of the partner programs.
