Etisalat and Bee’ah complete first phase of fleet management solutions

Etisalat has announced the successful completion of the first phase of their fleet management solutions for Bee’ah on Day 5 of GITEX Technology Week, being held in Dubai from October 20-24. Etisalat attendees on stage include Abdulaziz Taryam, CEO Advisor & General Manager of Northern Emirates and Mohamed Bakhit  Al Amimi, Vice-President, Business Engagement & Customer Support. Attendees from Bee’ah include Khaled Al Huraimel, CEO and Yousif Al Zarouni, Director, Contracts, Procurement & IT.

beeahetisalatOne of the leading telecom operators in the Middle East and Africa, Etisalat, deployed fleet management solutions as part of machine-to-machine (M2M) technology for Bee’ah in 2013 in partnership with Pacific Controls. Etisalat provided services such as real-time vehicle monitoring, identification of vehicle run time and tracking of vehicle history among others for Bee’ah’s fleet of 480 vehicles.

Deployment of the solutions ensured monthly savings of 20% on fuel cost and enhanced operational efficiency for Bee’ah, the Middle East’s leading and award-winning fully integrated environment and waste management company.
