NCB-TCS signing ceremonySaudi Arabia’s leading bank, National Commercial Bank (NCB) signed an two years agreement with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) to implement a new core banking software platform for the Bank. NCB weighed the knowledge, expertise, skills and experience of TCS in the field of core banking software and delivery of IT services before entrusting TCS with the project.

This agreement comes as part of NCB’s endeavor to provide the highest levels of service to its customers through the provision of advanced and technically sophisticated service channels with the highest standards of security providing them with more reassurance. This step would also promote the technological development of financial and banking transactions for the users of alternative electronic banking channels as part of the Bank’s focus on innovation and keeping abreast of developments in the field of information technology to provide the customers with the opportunity to get comprehensive services from NCB.

The agreement was signed by the CEO of NCB, Saeed al-Ghamdi and N. Janabathe Subramaniam, Managing Director for MEA at TCS.
