The Ashampoo group of companies has acquired complete ownership of Deutschland Digital GmbH & Co. KG and continues to strengthen its position in the digital market space. The portfolio ofDeutschland Digital GmbH & Co. KG includes high-coverage online portals such as www.hallotiere.de and several top level domains (www.fahrplan.de and others).

For the future, there are plans to further extend the high-coverage portals hosted by Deutschland Digital GmbH & Co. KG and to add new attractive content as well as to integrate the highly-successful CleverReach subsidiary into Deutschland Digital GmbH & Co. KG, says Hilchner.
