Unique Computer Systems, releases 4 new extensions of Reson8 text messaging solution. Reson8 is a SMS messaging server that offers a comprehensive online and enterprise level solution for its customer to send bulk and streaming messages.
The new extensions for Reson8 include an Excel Plug-in to send messages directly for Microsoft Excel 2007 and 2010, a plug-in for sending messages directly from Microsoft Outlook 2007 and 2010, a desktop client and a Microsoft Windows Service for incoming SMS’s.
All of the extensions are freely available for users or companies that have a Reson8 Account. New users can opt for the extensions when signing up.
The Reson8 Windows service is a useful tool for response marketing where a company can quickly gather feedback or survey responses from its customers into an Excel sheet and use for decision making and reporting. The Windows service can interface with multiple modems at a time and receive input from all of them.
