Aspect introduces new updates and enhanced features for AspectDSC

Aspect Enterprise Solutions announced the new updates and enhanced features within its market data and analytics platform, AspectDSC (Aspect Decision Support Center). Aspect’s multi-commodity portal provides traders with tailored real-time prices, news and information with charting and analytical tools, via the Web, and now offers greater flexibility and control for users.

Updates to the AspectDSC system include fully customizable Price Tables which allow traders to view live, delayed and end-of-day prices for multiple instruments. Data delivered by different exchanges including ICE, NYMEX, CME, LME and Bursa Malaysia can be shown in side-by-side columns and filtered by the end-user.

Time and Sales panels now provide an in-depth view into the market in real-time, showing live trades, bids and offers as well as allowing users to create historical searches for trades within specific date and price ranges. This new functionality presents greater visibility of market liquidity and trade volume at a particular time.

Yags Savania, Sales Director, Aspect Enterprise Solutions says, “We have a number of clients already using and benefitting from these enhanced features and the feedback has been extremely positive. The ease of use, accessibility and customization options that are available put AspectDSC at the forefront of market information platforms and it remains an extremely cost effective solution.”

Clients now also have the option to publish their own proprietary news, market reports and data to users within their company via a custom channel, available for desktop and mobile subscribers alike.

A popular option which is growing among customers is the AspectDSC Wallboard which offers companies the opportunity to display live market data to staff and visitors in large flat screen format. These portals can also be branded with company logos. AspectDSC is hosted in the Cloud and so it is accessible from any desktop or mobile device with an internet connection. It runs on any Windows-enabled device, and also BlackBerry, iPhone, iPad and Android.

AspectDSC’s charting package is recognized globally for ease-of-use and advanced functionality is continually enhanced based on customer feedback. New features allow for up to 5 instruments to be tracked in one chart to show price correlations for multiple contracts. Charts can be filtered to show either local time or the exchange time, and a variety of display options including new color schemes make the output views user friendly.
