FatWire Software, an independent provider of Web experience management (WEM) solutions has launched its Dubai operations to address the growing needs of the region’s bourgeoning business economy.

With this expansion, FatWire increases its presence throughout the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UAE, Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan, Lebanon and North Africa.

Around the world, organisations need to use the web to engage their customers and to drive marketing success. WEM solutions, including enterprise-class capabilities for social computing, content targeting and personalisation, and a scalable web content management foundation, are critical to achieving these goals.

FatWire already works with Middle Eastern clients in the finance, local government and media sectors to help them advance their businesses using the web.

This new Dubai presence will offer increased local resources and reach for the company.

FatWire’s expansion is a result of its continued revenue growth and the success of FatWire in serving the interactive needs of enterprises globally.

“Organisations in this region are embracing the web as a channel to build brand loyalty, deepen customer relationships and engage new prospects,” says Mark Bridger, president of international operations at FatWire Software. “FatWire is committed to helping companies realise the benefits of the web for their businesses. Our operations in Dubai will ensure we can help growing regional businesses achieve and exceed their goals for marketing and business success.”
