Continuity South Africa appoints new MD
ContinuitySA, largest business continuity solutions provider Africa, announced the appointment of Michael Davies to the new position of managing director. In this new role, Davies will assume full operational and financial responsibility for ContinuitySA. The current CEO, Allen Smith, will remain on in his current position, but will focus on overall group strategy and acquisitions. “Allen has been the driving force behind ContinuitySA’s growth into Africa’s market leader,” says Davies. “This move is part of a carefully constructed succession plan that will give the company the continued benefit of Allen’s wisdom and experience, while ensuring the smoothest possible transition to a new generation of leadership.
