HP to acquire HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology Company for $425 million. With this acquisition, HP will get complete access to the HyperX’s gaming peripherals portfolio, while, Kingston will retain the DRAM, flash, and SSD products for gamers and enthusiasts.
