Ring, today announced its participation in the 2nd Saudi International Exhibition and Conference for Internet of Things (Saudi IoT 2019) to promote its innovative home security products and services. In addition the company will also offer an opportunity to the visitors experience its products first hand and to learn about its features and benefits via demos.
“Following Ring’s successful launch into the Middle East last year, we are excited to be part of Saudi IoT 2019 which we are confident will increase and expand the visibility of our security products and solutions within the Kingdom. Ring’s mission to reduce crime in neighborhoods drives every decision we make, and we hope to provide convenience and peace of mind to homeowners across the region by keeping an eye on their most important possession, their home, even when they can’t physically be there. Globally, Ring’s products have been hailed as dependable second set of eyes and ears to deter would-be thieves from entering homes. The goal is to bring the same convenience and security to Saudi Arabia’s neighborhoods,” said Mohammad Meraj Hoda, Vice President of Business Development – Middle East & Africa at Ring.
The Saudi Ministry of Housing has launched programs and initiatives to achieve Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program (NTP) 2020, which aims to increase the rate of property ownership to 52 percent. “Under these directives, there are huge opportunities for the housing sector to grow and develop and we believe that the IoT is set to disrupt the way we live. Homes are going to get ‘smart’ with connected products offering endless possibilities to make our lives easier, more convenient, and more comfortable. The awareness and demand for smart entry devices, such as smart doorbells that keep families, neighborhoods and communities safe are growing within the country,” said Mohammad Meraj Hoda.
Ring will be exhibiting at Stand A22 during the SaudiIoT 2019 at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from February 13 – 15, 2019.
