Huawei supports disabled persons in UAE

Disabled But AbleNetworking and Telecom Chinese giant, Huawei came forward to lend its support to the Disabled But Able campaign encouraging the development of special needs’ capabilities in the UAE.

To commemorate the occasion, H.H. Sheikh Juma Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum, Acting Chairman of Rashid Pediatric Therapy Centre, presented an honor to Peng Xiongji, General Manager of Huawei UAE, for the company’s support for the campaign.

“Initiatives like Disabled But Able really are community driven, and we thank Huawei for its contribution to making this a success,” said Maryam Othman, General Manager of Rashid Centre for the Disabled.

The Disabled But Able open day held under the patronage of H.E. Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of International Cooperation & Development, President of Zayed University, with an aim to underscore the importance of empowering all those in our community.
