Help AG has been awarded the Dubai AI Seal Tier E certification, recognising the company as a trusted AI enterprise under Dubai’s government-led verification programme.
The recognition also builds on e&’s early participation in the programme as it was among the first companies to receive recognition under the Dubai AI Seal. Together, these recognitions reflect a wider focus across the Group on secure, responsible and well-governed AI adoption.

For customers, the certification provides independent validation that Help AG delivers the trust, governance and resilience required to turn AI ambition into secure and sustainable outcomes.
