CyberKnight Announces New Strategic Distribution Agreement with Rezilens

CyberKnight has announced a strategic distribution agreement with Rezilens, the developer of DiGRC, an AI-powered platform for governance, risk, compliance and cybersecurity assurance. Under this agreement,

CyberKnight will distribute DiGRC across its regional footprint spanning the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, the Levant, Egypt and Africa. The partnership comes at a time when organisations across the Middle East and Africa are under increasing pressure to strengthen cyber resilience. The World Economic Forum’s Global Cybersecurity Outlook 2026 found that 41% of CEOs identify regulatory compliance and governance complexities as a major challenge to cyber resilience, while 77% of organisations have already adopted AI for cybersecurity and 87% reported increased AI-related vulnerabilities over the past year.

In sectors such as banking, government, telecommunications and critical infrastructure, many teams still rely on fragmented tools and manual processes to manage risk, audits and compliance obligations. This can create operational inefficiencies, limit visibility and increase exposure to regulatory and cybersecurity risk. DiGRC is designed to address these challenges by bringing risk management, compliance tracking, internal audit workflows and cybersecurity assurance into a unified platform.

Built with the regulatory context of the GCC and wider Middle East in mind, DiGRC supports organisations in improving oversight, streamlining workflows and strengthening audit readiness. The platform aligns with recognised frameworks including ISO 27001 and NIST, in addition to relevant regional regulatory requirements.

For CyberKnight, the addition of Rezilens and DiGRC expands its GRC and cybersecurity assurance portfolio and complements its Zero Trust Security methodology. With established channel reach, local market presence and strong relationships across enterprise and government sectors, CyberKnight is positioned to support the adoption of DiGRC across priority markets in the region.

Shan Sokhanvar, Founder & CEO – Rezilens, said: “This partnership represents a defining milestone for Rezilens and the DiGRC platform. As organisations face increasing regulatory pressure, cyber threats, and operational complexity, the need for intelligent and integrated governance has never been greater. By combining CyberKnight’s market leadership and regional reach with DiGRC’s AI-powered capabilities, we are empowering organisations across the Middle East and Africa to transform governance, risk, compliance, audit, and cyber resilience into a unified intelligence-driven capability. Together, we are helping build more resilient, trusted, and future-ready enterprises.”

Wael Jaber, Chief Strategy Officer, CyberKnight, added:  “Customers are looking for solutions that can support these requirements with speed, efficiency and scalability. DiGRC brings together AI-driven automation, advanced GRC capabilties, and strong regional expertise in a way that aligns with current enterprise and government GRC needs. It also complements the Zero Trust pillar for risk and governance within our portfolio.”

Rezilens DiGRC is available immediately through CyberKnight’s channel network across the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, the Levant, Egypt and Africa. CyberKnight’s sales and technical teams are currently supporting partner enablement, technical training and go-to-market planning to support the rollout.
