Dalil Holding and e7 Group to Advance UAE’s Global Identity Leadership

Dalil Holding and e7 Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on Idenex, Dalil’s specialized identity management subsidiary. Under the agreement, e7 will explore a potential strategic investment in Idenex as part of its long‑term growth strategy.

The collaboration aims to create a UAE national champion in identity solutions, reinforcing the country’s global leadership in secure, integrated, and citizen‑centric identity ecosystems. The UAE has spent more than a decade building advanced identity and digital government systems that set international benchmarks for efficiency, security, and service excellence. Through this partnership, Dalil and e7 intend to scale the UAE’s proven identity model internationally via a unified, globally competitive platform.

Idenex was established to expand this successful model into global markets and position itself among the world’s leading providers of smart digital identity solutions. The company delivers advanced, scalable identity ecosystems designed for governments and large enterprises, enabling secure, flexible, and integrated identity infrastructures that support national programs and digital transformation initiatives. Its solutions enhance data accuracy, reduce operational risks, accelerate transformation, and improve user experience, helping institutions build trusted digital infrastructure that drives growth and elevates service quality.

The MoU reflects a shared ambition to position Idenex as a trusted global partner, leveraging the UAE’s track record in innovation, governance, and service excellence. Together, Dalil and e7 will combine advanced identity technologies with secure manufacturing capabilities to offer a fully integrated suite spanning digital identity platforms, secure document issuance, and identity‑enabled services across the full lifecycle—from enrolment and personalization to credential management, authentication, and ongoing lifecycle services.

Talal Al Ahmad, CEO of Dalil, said: “Idenex is about taking something the UAE has already done exceptionally well and making it accessible to the rest of the world. The partnership with e7 allows us to move faster, deliver with confidence, and present a model that is innovative and fully operational from day one.”

Mohamad Yousef, CEO of Idenex, added that the collaboration will enable global markets to adopt the UAE’s proven standards of performance, reliability, and innovation, establishing Emirati technology as a new global benchmark.

For e7, the MoU aligns with its strategy to strengthen its end‑to‑end identity solutions by combining physical identity manufacturing with digital platforms and integration services. Chairman Ahmed AlShamsi and Group CEO Esteban Gómez Nadal emphasized that the partnership accelerates e7’s move into integrated “phygital” identity solutions, enhances scalability, and unlocks long‑term recurring revenue opportunities globally.
