Jose Thomas Menacherry, Managing Director of Bulwark Technologies, talks about his journey that started 24 years back in 1999 and his association with GITEX. Discussing the constructive role GITEX has played in scaling up his business, as it helps meet the partners, customers, and peers from across different geographies under one roof.
Jose explained the various technologies the company displayed at the show. He also discussed the company’s engagement with channel partners and how Bulwark adds value to the partners. Regarding the channel, Jose emphasised the need for partners to train themselves regularly to serve the customer better.
