In a conversation with Channel Post MEA, Jignasu Rathod, CEO & Managing Director at Elitser Technologies LLC highlights that this is the 15th year for them to be part of GITEX, and they intend to be part of the show for many more years to come
How would you define your organisation?
Elitser Technologies is a system integrator operating in the UAE since 2003. We are the sole partner for ManageEngine in the UAE and providing solutions in the space of ITSM, Network/Server/Application monitoring and IT Security.
Besides working closely with ManageEngine, we also provide consultancy on various international standards like ISO 20K, ISO 27001 etc. We are one of the very few organisations in the UAE that has an outsourcing license focusing on IT outsourcing.
How long have you been participating at GITEX, and what is the main factor behind your participate at this event?
We have been participating with our partner ManageEngine at this wonderful show since 2007 and this year would be our 15th year at GITEX. The event offers a big opportunity to network and connect with a wide variety of vendors, partners, customers, industry experts that helps in creating a momentum for business. In short, what i can say is that GITEX is an integral part of our business strategy and we intend to be part of this great show for many more years to come.
What will be the highlight for you at year’s show?
This year Elitser will focus on several key areas which includes the following:
- ITSM
- Endpoint Security and Management
- Active Directory Management and Auditing
- 365 Auditing and Management
- Network/Server and Applications Monitoring
- IT Security
Which countries are you planning to increase your footprint?
We are looking to expand our footprint in the region by starting operations in Saudi Arabia and Oman, because of which we are keen to meet more and more visitors from these two countries to explore the possibilities of working together.
What is your target audience for this year’s GITEX, and why should they visit your stand?
We are targeting to meet IT decision makers, Service Delivery Managers, IT infrastructure managers or IT Security Managers. Our solutions and services fits best to any industry who has a sizable IT department.
What does your company hope to achieve at the end of the show?
We are hoping to increase our brand value and brand awareness, plus generate some good leads showcasing our products and solutions. GITEX has become a good platform to meet existing customers and partners. We are looking forward to meeting our customers and discuss any upsale/cross sale opportunities.
