DULSCO Group will implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite as a part of its digital transformation program to enhance customer and employee experience, automate processes and improve operational efficiencies.
A signing ceremony was held at DULSCO Headquarters and attended by DULSCO Group representatives Martin Bradley-CFO, Vijay Jain- Head of IT and Tiago Costa- CEO of Parisima Talent, together with Oracle’s Rahul Misra, Vice President – Business Applications, Gulf and South Africa, Simon Al Khaled, Senior Director – Lower Gulf, and Abbas Mantri- Account Director.
DULSCO Group has more than 14,000 employees across the country to help operate its 2500+ client portfolio of more than 70 service sectors. As the company grew and diversified rapidly in the last few years, it needed to reevaluate how it manages its core business processes so it can improve the customer experience and scale services to meet growing demand. After careful evaluation, DULSCO decided to upgrade its IT systems by selecting Oracle Fusion Applications as a partner of choice.

With Oracle Fusion Applications for finance, supply chain, HR, and customer service, the company will be able to standardize business processes on a single platform to enable its teams to unlock new efficiencies and successfully position itself for future growth.
