Schneider Electric has been officially certified a Great Place to Work in the Gulf by the Great Place to Work Institute for the first time. The award underscores the value Schneider Electric places on personal development, happiness, respect and creating a best-in-class company culture.
Recognition from the Great Place to Work Institute, which has surveyed more than 100 million employees around the world since it was created in 1992, reflects Schneider Electric’s ongoing commitment and dedication to providing the highest levels of care. This is combined with a laser-sharp focus on employee wellbeing, safety, digital skills, productivity, happiness and empowerment, as well as personal and professional growth.
Schneider Electric received the award on the final day of its first hybrid Innovation Summit Middle East & Africa 2022 (MEA), taking place from 18-19 May at the Coca-Cola Arena Dubai and online to chart a path towards a sustainable future. It is the first time it has received the award for its operations in the Gulf, demonstrating how the region is becoming an increasingly attractive global destination to live and work in.
“We are proud to receive this award as it recognizes all that we have done to establish an inclusive culture and develop a diverse team of highly-skilled professionals that drives the company forward,” said Natalja Kissina, Gulf HR VP of Schneider Electric. “This award is a recognition of our steadfast commitment to create an agile, respectful, inclusive and diverse workforce built around the values of trust, collaboration and creativity. It is wonderful to receive this award at the Innovation Summit Middle East & Africa 2022. We firmly believe that the future is sustainable and digital. This recognition gives us a new opportunity to demonstrate why Schneider Electric is a great place to work for everyone who cares about sustainability and energy efficiency.”
