Ingram Micro announced that the company’s operations in UAE has attained the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification that complies with the Information security management system Ingram Micro operates.

An internal audit was conducted in Dubai in 2020 to check the implementation of the Information Security Management System and verify conformance to the ISO 27001. There were zero Non-Conformance(s) and zero Opportunity for Improvement(s) issued during the audit.
The certification was awarded in November 2020 and will be in effect for three years, where ISO continues to do random repeat audits in between. Ingram Micro maintains and continually improves processes, procedures and customer satisfaction, and ISO certification requirements.
