Channel Next has joined forces with LogicMonitor, headquartered in California, USA. LogicMonitor will enter the UAE market early this year through Value Added Distributor Channel Next. 
The distribution agreement aims at delivering next-generation, AI-driven monitoring and observability solutions to customers in the UAE. LogicMonitor capabilities include automated alert thresholds, an AIOps early warning system, customisable escalation chains, automated workflows, and more. LogicMonitor monitors everything, everywhere, from the network to applications to the cloud within one platform, enabling holistic IT management and observability without the tool sprawl.
