Synology has been recognized as the Business Choice Winner in the 2019 PCMag Work Servers/NAS Survey for the sixth time since 2013, outscoring other network storage vendors, including Dell and HPE in terms of reliability and support.
Synology scored 9.1 out of 10 in overall satisfaction and reliability. It also earned the highest Net Promoter Score (a metric for measuring brand loyalty) of 76 in the likelihood to be recommended rating, standing out from other vendors with Dell and HPE scoring 59 and 41, respectively.
