Fahmi Al Shawwa, CEO at Immensa, said: “We are proud of the accomplishment our team achieved in attaining this certificate. Immensa is now not only the regional leader in Additive Manufacturing but is also actively leading the path to develop advanced expertise and skills in the UAE. In line with the Dubai 3D Printing Strategy to promote the status of the UAE and Dubai as a leading hub of 3D printing technology by 2030, it is integral that UAE-based expertise is developed and the industry players continue to invest in R&D and talent development. We are consistently at the forefront of innovation and this certification is yet another milestone on our path of progress.”

Team members graduated from the ‘Introduction to Metal AM’ course that covered part screening and selection, design for AM metal, topology optimisation, and parameter editing.
