With this unified approach to software development, Zoho One functions more like an operating system for business than a set of individual products. Available for just AED 100 per employee, per month, Zoho One supports SMEs and large enterprises alike.

“The UAE is an important market for us,” said Hyther Nizam, VP of Product Management, Zoho Corp. “We have seen more and more companies move to the cloud and benefit from it. Last November, we launched the (Now FTA-approved) VAT-ready, UAE edition of Zoho Books, our accounting software. After the implementation of VAT in January, regional subscriptions to Zoho Books have tripled. As a result of that tremendous success, we’re bringing our entire suite to the UAE to help local businesses operate completely in the cloud.”

The key features for Zoho One are:

All-In-One Suite

Zoho One includes all the applications a company needs to acquire and serve its customers (marketing, sales, business process, business intelligence, and support apps); run its operations (finance, recruiting, and related HR apps); and work collaboratively and efficiently (office suite, mail, personal productivity, and collaboration apps). They can even build custom apps for unique business needs.

Integration

Zoho One offers hundreds of integration points across its applications as well as leading third-party cloud providers. These integrations connect sales, marketing, customer support, accounting, human resources, and other activities, while also fostering communication and collaboration amongst colleagues, customers, and vendors. Contextual integrations bring in relevant information from other apps to enrich decision-making when it matters the most.

Centralized Administrative Control

Zoho One offers one secure account and single sign-on access to the entire suite. A centralized admin panel greatly simplifies provisioning, access, and auditing. Admins can define company-wide policies, such as requiring all employees to use two-factor authentication, ensuring secure access and proper data handling. Control can either be centrally administered or delegated through service admins for individual departments and groups.
