TP-Link to Showcase Suite of Business Solutions at GITEX 2017

TP-Link has confirmed their attendance at this year’s Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX) Technology Week in Dubai. Though more commonly known in the region for their range of consumer products, TP-Link are expected to take the opportunity to highlight their range of high-end small and medium-sized business (SMB) solutions.

GITEX is the largest consumer IT and electronics trade show in the Middle East. Some 150,000 attendees from 97 countries are expected at this year’s event, which will run from Oct. 8–12. TP-Link’s renewed participation is seen as a significant step in the company’s expansion in the region, as they prepare to headline alongside other industry leaders including Accenture, SAP, and Wavelink.

Denny Liang, Vice President of TP-Link Middle East, Turkey and Africa, said “We are delighted to once again confirm our place at GITEX, where we will be displaying an exciting and creative array of SMB solutions. Our goal is to add value to businesses by providing pre-sales product training and post-sales support together with our top-of-the-range products and solutions.”

Solutions that the company are likely to display at the event include Auranet Wi-Fi, praised by IT Pro for the free management software which allows business owners to control hundreds of EAPs from a single location, and JetStream switches which support enhanced traffic management capabilities and easy-to-use web management features.

Liang continued by stressing that consumers will also be treated to displays of the latest smart-home and whole-home products, along with TP-Link’s very own smartphone brand, Neffos.

TP-Link’s continued presence at GITEX represents a milestone in the company’s Middle East strategy. Commenting on the announcement, Andy Chen, Vice President of Networking BU and International Sales, said “TP-Link is actively expanding throughout the Middle East and worldwide. GITEX represents a wonderful opportunity to connect with partners and consumers in the region and to showcase our unique range of products, which offer superior performance at highly competitive prices.”
