Lenovo ushers businesses into “Intelligence Revolution” era

Lenovo Middle East and Turkey and Africa (META) today announced its new regional business strategy that is aimed at helping regional businesses transform for the “Intelligence Revolution” era.

The announcement comes as enterprises continue to witness the emergence of a smart internet era, one where intelligence powered devices continue to extend a new scope of expedited content and services, from smartphones and TVs to virtual reality and robotics. According to IDC’s Worldwide Semiannual Internet of Things Spending Guide, the Middle East and Africa (MEA) internet of things (IoT) market is forecast to grow 19.6% year on year in 2017 to total $7.8 billion driven on the need for intelligence driven products and services to succeed in an increasingly competitive environment and meet customer demand for improved workflows, enhanced service delivery and overall customer experience.

Lenovo has introduced its largest, most comprehensive portfolio of server, storage, networking, software and data center services, in addition to a new set of brands poised to take this leading position in customer satisfaction to even greater heights: ThinkSystem and ThinkAgile. Lenovo’s new end-to-end data center portfolio will enable Middle East customers to harness the power of the “intelligence revolution” and create a strong technology foundation that supports transformative capabilities such as data analytics, high-performance computing, hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
